From Tuesday 7th July, Ask My GP will be replaced with a new triage system called Accurx.
Patients will still be able to submit requests in the same way, either through our website (where the Ask My GP page will be replaced by Accurx) or via the NHS App.
The link to access this service will be clearly displayed on our website home page from 7th July. Until that date, please continue to use Ask My GP.
Click the link to complete a form, this can be used to request ROUTINE medical help and advice, FIT notes (sick notes) and referral advice.
The triage system will continue to operate Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 6:30pm.
