Surgery appointments:
We have a mixture of appointments available depending on the severity of your medical problem. We can usually offer a routine appointment to patients within the next 2 weeks. You can also use our askmygp online service to send a request in which a member of our team will triage. If you feel your medical problem requires a sooner appointment you can telephone the surgery at 8:30am for a same day urgent appointment. Please note there are limited numbers of these urgent appointments available.
The reception staff will offer you an appointment with either a Doctor, Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Practice Nurse depending on your presenting problem.
Extended access:
Registered Wigan Borough patients can book a GP appointment between 6:30pm – 8pm weekdays and between 10am-4pm on Saturdays & Sundays. The consulting doctor will have access to your medical records. Telephone 01942 482848 to book an appointment.

Home visits
If you are unable to leave your home through illness and require a home visit, please telephone the surgery before 10:30 am if possible. Home visits will be made if the doctor decides it is medically necessary.
