There are many things you can do online at our surgery. Some tasks you can do using a website called Accurx where you can:
- request an appointment
- request a sick (fit) notes
- contact us about an admin request
- ask about a referral

Booking appointments, ordering repeat medication and viewing your summary care record.
You can order your repeat medication, and book an appointment with a doctor or advanced nurse practitioner all online by clicking on this link to access SystmOnline, or through the NHS app – click on this link https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/
This practice currently offers the facility to patients: –
- to book, view, amend, cancel and print appointments online
- to order online, view and print a list of their repeat prescriptions for drugs, medicines or appliances
- to view online, export or print summary information from their record, relating to medications, allergies, adverse reactions and any other items agreed between the practice and individual patient
- to view detailed core records

If you are not registered for online services please visit reception and bring in one of the following: Photographic ID: Passport or Photo Driving Licence
Eligibility Criteria for Online Access
Any adult patient over the age of 16 will be able to have their own online access account. Patients over the age of 16 are deemed competent to manage their own accounts.
Parents/guardians will be able to have an online access account for their children under the age of 11 (Proxy Access).
Adolescents between the ages of 11-16 will need to be considered on a case-by-case basis for either individual or parental access to online accounts and this access will need to be reviewed on a regular basis according to the needs of all parties.
Formal carers may be given access to patients’ online accounts, where adequate consent is given by the patient. Parties possessing lasting power of attorney for health for a particular patient may apply to access that patient’s online account when they are unable to manage this themselves.
